Project Description

OTC Regulatory Trade Reporting

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project's objectives and business benefits
• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
• Work in accordance with project plans and contribute to the delivery of quality project outcomes within required timeframe
• Work closely with SCRUM product owners and teams in SCRUM Agile framework to achieve high velocity output of quality deliverables that maximise value for the Markets business
• Build relationship with application SMEs, system vendors and third party suppliers
• Produce/refine business & design specifications and acceptance criteria
• Assist to define and produce testing plan and participate in user acceptance testing
• Assist with performing data quality analysis
• Contribute to the development of data models
• Work with application developers to extract data relevant for analysis
• Contribute to the organisational change by working closely with business and OCM professionals
• Identify, monitor and implement controls to mitigate assigned risks on the project
• Manage and resolve any potential conflict whilst facilitating all aspects of stakeholder relationships
• Act as proxy product owner when required

Skills

Must

Essential:
• A sound understanding of regulatory trade reporting for OTC Derivatives for multiple jurisdictions; ASIC, CFTC, HKMA, MAS, Canada, Mifid II
• A sound understanding of the trade lifecycle for major financial asset classes
• Financial Services Business Analysis experience of 5 years +
• Technical Business Analysis experience, hands on experience developing functional specs
• Working in SCRUM Agile framework
• To be a self-starter, being able to work autonomously
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
• Be business oriented, positive, resilient, full of stamina with a clear focus on results
• Be creative, innovative, pro-active and convincing in terms of finding solutionsEssential:
• Relevant business and/or IT undergraduate tertiary qualifications

Desirable:
• Relevant business and/or IT postgraduate tertiary qualifications
• Recognised industry certifications/accreditations in relevant fields such as business analysis, SCRUM, project delivery.

-Experience with JIRA, Scrum
