Employer Branding Specialist in Germany

Project Description

Luxoft is seeking an Employer Branding Specialist who is creative, self-motivated, and interested to work on executing employer branding strategy for Germany.

Responsibilities

- Plan and define together with the local country/city managers the overall employer branding and communication strategy and participate actively in defining the comprehensive development plan for the company for the short and medium terms
- Analyze brand equity situation and propose strategic evolution leading to building Company's positive image, increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities
- Ensure effectiveness Employer Branding activities resulting in ROI based on shared KPI with Recruitment organization
- Produce reports to monitor results of the external Employer Branding activities in the company
- Supervision and follow up of the EB budget allocated to the region and monitoring the successive updating and revision phases
- Execute marketing, media and communication campaigns in the local region following the global standards
- Cooperation with business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers),
- Close cooperation with other departments of the Company in employer branding campaigns planning and implementation
- Internal & external relations and campaign management , collateral creation of brochures and other company materials, competition analysis
- Planning and organizing events and conferences
- Process internal documents flow
- Creating content for social media including internal portal

- Strong computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, experience with database is an advantage, word processing, spreadsheet
- Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours on an as-needed basis is required
- Ready for business trips within Germany

Nice to have

Experience with graphical programs (Photoshop, etc. is an advantage).
