Project Description

The Digital Foundation team is responsible for supporting Luxoft's three lines of business (Automotive, Digital Enterprise and Financial Services) on topics related to Agile Transformation, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Cloud on-boarding and transformation. The purpose of the team is to make sure Luxoft is always positioned at the leading edge of Digital Transformation topics and continuously innovates in this rapidly changing environment.

The team acts as a centre of expertise for the company, providing pre-sales support, thought leadership, community leadership and delivery support to the teams in the LOBs.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and coaching of client management and Luxoft delivery management on Agile adoption
• Leading Agile transformation projects, including assessment, roadmapping, team staffing and management
• Training Agile teams and executive leadership
• Thought leadership (speaking at conferences/meetups, analyst briefings, blogging, driving Luxoft communities of practice)

Skills

Must

• Deep practical experience in Agile setup in corporate environment (enterprise-level coach or hands-on Agile implementation in delivery management)
• Excellent communication and collaboration facilitation skills
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders of an organisation (MD-level), both on the IT and business side and advise on organisational and cultural transformations
• Agile mindset
• Strong team player
• Relevant community-recognized certifications (from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Scaled Agile, ICAgile etc) are a must
• Experience in large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) as well as Agile transformations
• 10+ years in software development
• 5+ years in driving Agile transformation
• Fluent English
• Ready to travel

Nice to have

• Published articles or conference talks on Agile/Lean topics will be a plus
• Exposure to technology topics like Continuous Delivery, DevOps and Cloud will be a plus
• German speaking
