• Maintain requirements in DOORS and contribute into creation of development roadmap LiDAR and related ADAS applications
• Ensure requiremnets are covered by corresponding development tickets
• Track implemnetation of requiremnets across product variations and versions
• Supervise the development and testing lifecycles
• Collaborate with project managers and function owners
• Travel frequently
• Be proactive and highly motivated

Skills Required

• Engineering Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Communication or Computer Engineering
• At least 3 years in technical leadership role in embedded and critical systems developmnet
• Understanding of an MCU architecture
• Experience working in CMMI or ASPICE process environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined, willingness and ability to travel
Would be a big advantage
• Practical experience with Active Safety and ADAS
• Practical experience with laser scanner sensors and applications
• Experience Matlab/Simulink
• Experience with DOORS
• Practical knowledge of In-Vehicle and communication interfaces, e.g. CAN, FlexRay
• Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
• Background in C, DSP and FPGA
• German is a strong addition
