Project Description

The program to be enabler and catalyst to migration of legacy CRM systems to Salesforce, by aligning data and integration aspects into enterprise wide service layer with re-usable components
This is strategic initiative in a Bank under COO. There is wide range of technologies going to be used for system’s integration.
Team works via Scrum with people located in Kiev – Java & SF developers, QAs, devops and London – analysts, stakeholders, product owner.
Colleagues on customers side all work for a while in a Bank as well as bigger part of vendor’s team.
Luxoft started in December from migration of first data-source (release in April) to new platform and moving one by one (plan is to parallel from some point).
Position requires periodical business trips to London: 1-3 weeks length.


• Execute declarative Salesforce application configuration
• Use Apex and Visualforce to create unique customer-based solutions
• Ability to lead client projects and internal team
• Interact directly with our customers and the Accenture team, including consultants, architects and sales to ensure customer success
• Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
• Build salesforce.com product extensions using Visualforce technology
• Develop new native products on the force.com platform

Skills Required

• 2+ years of software development experience, ideally in a consulting environment
• 2+ experience in Visual Force, JavaScript, JAVA and HTML
• 2+ experience in APEX (must)
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
• Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver customer driven solutions
• Act as Salesforce design lead and consult to the development team on SF technical questions
• Motivated to learn new software as a service technologies
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required
• Development experience with JSP, Java, HTML language is required
• Have a passion for solving customer's challenges with software
• Have a natural curiosity and desire to learn new business processes and technologies
• Be a creative and analytical thinker
• Have a desire and ability to solve complex business processes with software
• Be highly driven and able to self-manage in a fast paced environment
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Willingness to travel 10%
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in - Develop Visual Force Pages, Apex Controller, unit test and code coverage
• Experience in - Development of inbound and outbound interfaces using web service calls
