Can you tell us about your journey at Luxoft? How did you get started, and what has your career progression been like?
I joined as an individual contributor in Murex testing and now have a team reporting to me. I have learned things in various areas, such as people management, BCM domain knowledge, stakeholder management, etc.
What motivated you to pursue a career in the tech industry? Were there any role models or inspirations that guided you?
Both of my parents were techies, and that sparked my interest in pursuing engineering. I was greatly impressed by the field which led me to choose a career in technology.
Gender diversity and empowerment are important topics. How has Luxoft empowered you to achieve your career goals as a woman?
By providing me with the opportunity to explore new areas even when I lacked hands-on experience.

Why is testing important? Sometimes people think testing is easy and anybody can do it, but it’s way more important than we think. Testing will maintain the integrity of the project and give confidence to stakeholders and even developers at times.
As a tech professional, how do you stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements? Any resources or tips you can share?
I keep reading about my domain and technologies in blogs.
What hobbies or interests do you pursue outside of work? Any fun facts about yourself that you'd like to share with the Luxoft community?
I like to cook and can cook a meal in 10 minutes.
What advice would you give to other women aspiring to build a career in the tech industry? How can they navigate challenges and make their mark?
This industry is interesting. It keeps you young and helps you stay up to date and learn new things.
