Can you tell us about your journey at Luxoft? How did you get started, and what has your career progression been like?
My journey at Luxoft began three years ago after a decade in the Singapore Armed Forces. The transition to managing a team of over 50 members supporting one of the world's largest banks has been both challenging and rewarding. Starting from a different field allowed me to bring unique perspectives to tech leadership.
What motivated you to pursue a career in the tech industry? Were there any role models or inspirations that guided you?
Technology has been woven into my life's journey, and an unexpected source of inspiration has been my children. They've ignited my passion for tech with their curiosity and expertise, leading me to embark on this unique yet incredibly fulfilling career path.

Baking is my passion and my escape. I find solace and creativity in creating intricate wedding tier cakes. It's my way of finding balance amidst the demands of a tech leadership role.
