Yuki began her journey at DerivIT in 2014 and transitioned to Luxoft in 2017 following a merger. Her diverse experience across various corporate functions enriched her understanding of the industry. Since joining the recruitment team in 2018, Yuki has honed her skills, eventually rising to the position of APAC Group Head in 2022.

What are your main responsibilities?

 

In my current role, I manage the recruitment team across the APAC region, ensuring we deliver projects for clients. I oversee both internal and external recruitment tools to support our team’s activities and objectives.

Any advice you would give to your peers who are looking to join a global tech firm?

 

For those looking to join a global tech firm, my advice is to be prepared for a fast-paced environment and to continuously develop your soft skills. Empowering and encouraging your team to reach their full potential is crucial for success.
