Within a project for a premium car manufacturer Luxoft is working on a new generation of vehicle diagnostics, based on service-oriented communication. The project work includes onboard, offboard, tooling and process related aspects and has to consider all the different requirements out of development, production and aftersales point of view. Multiple internal working groups are working on certain areas of the process and integrating the different concepts and solution into an efficient system.

Responsibilities
In your role as Diagnostic Author you will support our customers in defining the next generation of vehicle diagnostics and diagnostic processes.
Your responsibility will include the areas of design and specification of the diagnostic approach, the design and creation of the data model and the data architecture. You will also support in implementing the diagnostic data as well as preparation and execution of tests for the implemented components in simulations and on the vehicle.
Skills Required
- Fluent German (spoken and written), good English
- +5 years of experience in automotive Aftersales Diagnostic
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Aftersales processes and tools, like Diagnostic Testers, Aftersales Authoring Tools (ODX, OTX)
- Good knowledge on vehicle architecture, bus-systems and protocols (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, K-Line, LIN and MOST)
- Knowledge of requirement management would be a plus
- Technical understanding of distributed systems

In your role as a Diagnostic Subject Matter Expert you will support our customer in defining the next generation of vehicle diagnostics and diagnostic processes.
Your responsibility will include support in identifying, gathering and sharpen requirements in collaboration with the customer as well as detailing diagnostic concepts, specifications and processes.

- Technical lead in EE projects for future automotive architecture
- Assessing and detailing technical concepts
- Organizing and participating in customer and supplier meetings to clarify requirements and technical solutions

Skills Required

Project Description
Luxoft is involved in a fast growing number of AUTOSAR Adaptive projects with our world-wide clients. The scope ranges from porting and integrating existing applications to C++/adaptive API, creation of OEM-specific adaptive middleware services and build chains, towards test automation and continuous integration for several operating systems and SoCs.

- Represent Luxoft in the AUTOSAR Consortium, participate in consortium meetings (feature teams, task forces, etc.), manage Luxoft contributions into AUTOSAR Adaptive specification and code base / demonstrator implementation

Project Description
Luxoft UTH ("Under to Hood"), a department of Luxoft's Automotive Line of Business, is an expert and delivery center for design, implementation and test of embedded architecture and software solutions for automotive systems. Due to ongoing changes in this area, like the trend towards high-performance computing platforms and service-based Ethernet architectures, we see continuous growth throughout our organization. We are seeking to expand our various operations for automotive solutions in these directions.

In particular, the introduction of Ethernet, which has turned out to be a key enabler for autonomous driving since it provides a reliable, powerful and widely accepted communication infrastructure, raises many challenges for the automotive industry. Using in-vehicle Ethernet in order to realize service oriented system architectures is a paradigm shift compared to traditional in-vehicle communication based on CAN and FlexRay.

Therefore, we are looking for highly professional Ethernet specialists with a background in automotive systems and a profound knowledge on Ethernet technologies and architectures. You will lead our solution business in this area on the customer side and play a key role in ensuring successful delivery. You will be part of in an international team of delivery and subject matter exerts where you will maintain close ties with our customers and software-development teams. You will report directly to the UTH management.

Responsibilities
- Development of customer-tailored architectures for Ethernet-based in-vehicle networks for automotive OEMs
- Leading the network design process including the specification of message dictionaries and configuration of communication stacks
- Preparation of Ethernet requirement specifications for suppliers
- Establishing an effective and efficient collaboration and data exchange between OEM and network suppliers and moderate status meetings, design reviews and further technical discussions
- Establishing a common workflow for continuous Ethernet design, integration and testing including change and release management and performance assessment
Skills Required
- Engineering Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent

In your role as a Senior Developer for embedded systems you will support our team in the realization of a new diagnostic solution based on service-oriented communication for a german OEM.
Your responsibility will include the areas of design, specification, implementation and testing of the implemented components.

Must:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in automotive / embedded domain
• Advanced or expert knowledge of C++ (11/14)

Project Description
New HMI project is looking for an experienced UX Expert for defining concepts and HMI. The project was founded to develop Human Machine Interface (HMI) based on one of the most advanced car manufacturer to create innovative in-car experiences with a wide range of services including navigation, entertainment, communication, connectivity etc.

Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual ideas for complex in-Vehicle Information and Communication systems for international market.
- Determining usage scenarios, optimizing workflows, information architecture and data flows
- Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards and scenarios
- Authoring functional specification and data flows
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modelling, and usability testing for automobile manufactures in US and Europe considering the AAM guidelines US and ESoP (European Statement of Principles on Human Machine Interface).
- Coordinating, planning and executing usability tests with the occlusion method and driving simulator, includes critical path analysis, measuring data, reference test and user interviews.
- Working with an interdisciplinary team that includes other human factors, designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers.
Skills Required
- Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, in cognitive and/or experimental psychology or human factors engineering is desired.
- Experience in determining usage scenarios for complex In-Vehicle Information and Communication systems for different car manufactures.
- Expert knowledge in usability design for different countries
- Strong knowledge in usability, user experience and interaction design including developing scenarios, usability analysis, rapid prototyping and usability testing
- Familiarity with AAM guidelines and the European Statement of Principles on HMI.
