The Software inside a vehicle was traditionally expected to be a very controlled and self-contained environment. Within a project for a premium car manufacturer you will have the chance to support the customer defining the next generation of diagnostic process. Multiple internal working groups working on certain areas of the process and integrating the different concepts and solution into a efficient system. Your focus will be on the infrastructure and communication areas. This includes secure communication world wide between car and backend.

Responsibilities
◾ Definition of technical and non technical requirements for the proof of concept
◾ Creation of technical concepts
◾ Collect information to judge efforts, costs, feasibility of different approaches
◾ Organizing and participating in meetings to clarify technical situations
◾ Support project management
Skills Required
◾ University degree in Vehicle Engineering or Computer Science (or comparable)
◾ Fluent German (spoken and in writing), good English
◾ Strong Automotive background (especially Aftersales Software Development)
◾ Good knowledge of Automotive Aftersales Process, Diagnostic Testers
◾ Good understanding of communication protocols
◾ Good understanding of secure communication

- Technical lead in EE projects for future automotive architecture
- Design, specification and development of functional blocks for high performance computers
- Concept development and piloting together with the OEM
- Document and report project status project status meetings
Skills Required
- Strong Automotive background (ECU-Development)
- Working experience at OEMs, Tier1s or Automotive Suppliers would be a plus
- Good knowledge of AUTOSAR
- Good knowledge of EE-Architectures

Project Description
Security strategy for automotive future EE architectures

Responsibilities
- Consulting the customer regarding Automotive (onboard) cyber security
- Specification of cyber security concepts for onboard and connectivity challenges
- Identify and analyze customer requirements regarding automotive cyber security and privacy protection
- Execute security threat and risk analyses for all kind of digital automotive electronics and connected services
- Develop and analyze effective security protection solutions for automotive electronics and services
- Develop and present realization proposals for effective security solutions at technical and organizational level towards in-house management and our customers
- Select suitable security base technologies, security components, security products, and cryptography
- Develop and present feasibility studies, decision papers and ideas for new automotive security solutions
- Communicate results to our developer teams that implement and test proposed security solutions
- Support local sales activities as technical expert

Skills Required
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable.
- Experience equivalent to 5 or more years cyber security experience
- Domain know-how in the automotive electronics and/or IT security and applied cryptography

You will work in a multi-national company with renowned customers in automotive industry. You will actively support our customers in the field of functional safety management, taking an active part in the development of the most innovative technologies for tomorrow.

Responsibilities
* Analyze and manage all functional safety aspects in software development projects
* Plan and track work packages and activities in the ISO 26262 safety lifecycle
* Execute safety analyses (HARA, FMEAs, FMEDA, FTA)
* Define functional and technical safety requirements and concepts
* Develop test plans for safety verification and validation
* Collaborate closely with project managers, development teams, and customers
* Manage project risk with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
* Moderate and participate in safety planning and review meetings
* Create all relevant documentation and support functional safety audits and assessments
* Collaborate with recruitment and team leads, identify needs for tools and trainings
Skills Required

Currently we are looking for an Account Director (AD) who will head Luxoft Automotive Business Unit serving its leading accounts - international Automotive OEM-s and Tier-1s (Customer) in the area of Navigation.

Responsibilities
• AD is responsible for overall satisfaction of current Customers as well as development of emerging accounts in Navigation space
• AD ensures the Account performance and development by leadership, guidance, goals setting and control Delivery / Business Development and Engagement Managers of the Account.
• AD is responsible for all high-level projects organization activities (planning, staffing, budgeting and control) fulfilled for the Customer.
• Analyzes industry trends, sales channels, competition.
• Negotiates new opportunities and business cases/ delivery goals/ budgets with the Customer.
• Plays an active role in mentoring, conflict resolutions, staff motivation, defining objectives and performance goals.
• AD translates and clarifies company goals and strategy to projects level.
• Working closely with Luxoft Automotive Engineering Practices and Center of Expertise to promote corresponding technologies inside Luxoft
• Reporting to Sales Director Automotive.

Skills Required
• Education: A degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering or similar is required for this position
• 6+ years of experience in Automotive domain at Account /Sales Director position, preferably in IT service companies with focus on Navigation.
• Relationship Management with Executives is a key.
• Good understanding of automotive industry ecosystem and existing contact network of Automotive OEM-s (Ford, GM, BMW, Daimler etc.) and TIER1-s (such as Harman, Delphi, Panasonic, Continental etc.).
• Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies incl. ASPICE (Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination)
• Understanding of contemporary IT technologies and platforms, product development lifecycle, software development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience of working with internationally distributed teams including outsourcing models is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment
• Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
